The 4th Phase, Roadmap and SLHCP implementation, foresees an implementation pathway, so called Roadmap, that will be established, providing all the necessary technical and non-technical instructions, including a reference time plan, to concretely launch and operationalize each selected action.

Within the Plan4COLD project, several tools and software have been scouted and a selection of tools defined, mainly focusing on opensource, user-friendly and free to use ones. Please find below factsheet of selected tools that can be applied in Phase 4.
