The 2nd Phase, H&C baseline assessment, foresees an in-depth analysis and a sound assessment of the current situation of the local H&C system, as for energy demand and supply and of the technological, socio-economic, environmental factors that determine or influence them.

Within the Plan4COLD project, several tools and software have been scouted and a selection of tools defined, mainly focusing on opensource, user-friendly and free to use ones. Please find below factsheet of selected tools that can be applied in Phase 2.
