12 European cities have been selected as twin cities in our JUST STREETS project. The cities come from all across Europe, including our Portuguese Climate Alliance member Cascais. The Twin Cities will now join a high-level learning programme, learn from experts and gain insights into critical topics and work together with JUST STREETS pilot cities. They will be empowered to build their own roadmap for inclusive and climate-resilient urban mobility. The programme will start in February 2026 and last until Jun 2027.

JUST STREETS is an international Horizon Europe project focusing on (re)developing streets that are sustainable, safe, and inclusive for all citizens. Scheduled from January 2024 to June 2027, it aims to link inclusive streets with supporting climate neutrality goals.
