New centre of expertise: Energy Poverty Advisory Hub launches website
The website of the Energy Poverty Advisory Hub (EPAH) is now online. EPAH, a Climate Alliance led initiative of the European Commission, serves as a centre of energy poverty expertise in the EU for local governments and all stakeholders interested in taking action to combat energy poverty. In addition to providing information on the initative itself, the newly launched platform will help local authorities and their supporting organisations learn more about energy poverty, how to measure it and what can be done about it. The website will feature an atlas of inspirational projects, practices and measures across Europe as well as online training courses on energy poverty and information on relevant publications and events. A helpdesk for municipalities on the topic of energy poverty rounds out the offering, providing guidance as well as information on open calls that faciliate access to bilateral guidance via local and international experts.
