Reducing emissions and visualising progress

Putting a price on CO2 is a sure way to reduce emissions – we see this at the EU level, but it is a principle that counts for the local level as well! Take part in this working group meeting to learn more about Climate Alliance’s new guidance on municipal CO2 pricing and learn about new data tools brought to you via Climate Alliance’s cooperation with Google, that can help municipalities see where they stand!

Climate neutrality in the administration Which measures lead to the goal?

More and more local authorities are setting themselves the goal of climate neutrality at administrative level. But which measures are particularly effective? First and foremost, it's about minimising emissions – for example through targeted communication campaigns for municipal employees or ambitious renovation roadmaps. Let yourself be inspired and gather valuable ideas for your administration! The working group meeting is open to all Climate Alliance members from Germany as well as other interested municipal representatives.

What the coalition agreement means for local climate action

The elections in Germany are over and the political course is being set for the coming years. But what does that mean for the future of climate action at the local level? In this session, we'll take a look at the German government's newly negotiated coalition agreement. Find out what impact the plans will have on your work in the field of municipal climate action! The working group meeting is open to all Climate Alliance members from Germany as well as other interested municipal representatives.
