Working Group on Buildings at the International Passive House Conference

10:00 – 15:45

For the first meeting of the Working Group on Buildings in 2023, Climate Alliance is happy to be teaming up with the Passive House Institute via the outPHit project so that we can offer members special access to the world’s premier conference on highly energy efficient buildings!

This Working Group on Buildings meeting will take the form of a dedicated policymaker workshop within the framework of the International Passive House Conference. The workshop will focus on energy efficiency ambitions for retrofits at the European level, as well as funding and quality assurance measures to support them. Stakeholders will present and discuss the implementation of energy efficient retrofit measures, including a look at the Renovation Wave Initiative and the EPBD. Furthermore, the workshop will explore practice-oriented implementation possibilities using Best-Practice Examples. This content will be generated through a dialogue-oriented format, using a mix of presentations and a discussions based exchange.
