Environmental Aspects in Public Procurement in Europe
Save the Date
Public authorities serve as an example in environmentally friendly procurement. But what role do environmental aspects currently have in public procurement in Europe and how can the aim of environmentally friendly procurement be implemented in practice? What kind of initiatives, experiences and criteria do already exist? Together with experts, practitioners and scientists in the field of public procurement from all over Europe we would like to discuss the goals of climate protection, circular economy, biodiversity and a non-toxic environment.
Participation is free of charge. Conference languages are English and German.
The conference will be hosted by the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMU) and the German Environment Agency (UBA) and organised by the Berlin Energy Agency GmbH (BEA).
