ENPOR Energy Talk at EUSEW 2021

Time: 15:45 – 16:15

This energy talk will present the first recommendations to demonstrate research-based policy support, using findings of EU-funded Climate Alliance project ENPOR’s latest research outputs on energy poverty in the specific framework of the private rented sector (PRS). With a number of questions directly engaging the audience, the talk will be based on the analysis and assessment of existing policies in the PRS, as well as structural factors impacting these energy poverty policies, using key figures, facts and infographics. This energy talk will be led by the ENPOR’s coordinator, Vlasis Oikonomou (IEECP), with support from Manon Burbidge from the University of Manchester.

Energy Talks are part of the European Sustainable Energy Week 2021. Contributors will deliver a presentation to stimulate interaction and discussions with the audience. Each Energy Talk session lasts a total of 20 minutes.
