Supporting Consumer Ownership in Renewable Energy
SCORE helps consumers become prosumers of renewable energy, first in three pilot regions in Italy, Poland and the Czech Republic, and later in cities across Europe. In the project both local authorities and consumers will get a change to demonstrate the positive impact co-ownership has on consumer behaviour. Bringing together 14 partners from 5 European countries, SCORE will show how energy prosumership can be mainstreamed for all social classes with particular attention paid to the participation of women and social groups vulnerable to fuel poverty.
Within the project, Climate Alliance is supporting the preparation action plans in the three pilot regions and helping get local authorities beyond the project consortium on board as follower cities.
Project funding period: April 2018 – December 2021
