It is spread over two locations, with its headquarters in Frankfurt and an extension in Brussels, serving as our centre for European policy work. The European Secretariat carries out projects with and for member cities, often in cooperation with the National Coordination Offices, is responsible for the annual International Conference and General Assembly. In addition, the Secretariat coodinates the office of the Covenant of Mayors on Climate and Energy in cooperation with several other city networks.
