International Passive House Days

From 8 to 10 November, Passive House buildings worldwide will be open for public viewing. Passive House buildings are not only energy efficient. They are also comfortable, healthy and cost-effective - and therefore a wise investment for municipalities.

Municipalities who have public buildings which meet the Passive House Standard have the opportunity to open their doors for the open day visits and show citizens and other local authorities alike how Passive House buildings offer an affordable and sustainable alternative to help achieve ambitious climate protection targets.

Visit a Passive House building to experience the benefits first-hand! Neighbouring municipalities can use the Passive House Days as an opportunity to learn how Passive House contributes to local energy policy and climate protection. The open days are also a great opportunity for local residents to take part and understand the benefits.

Registration and instructions to open a building for viewing can be found on the international Passive House database. Simply click on project registration and complete the online process.

For viewing opportunities in your area, participating buildings and relevant information will be published on the database as of the beginning of September.
